ACOLINE® 40
ACOLINE® 40 is a self-vulcanizing soft rubber lining based on brombutyl rubber (BIIR).
ACOLINE® 40 is used as a construction site rubber lining of chemically contaminated steel components. The areas of application range from the chemical, chlorine, fertilizer, phosphoric acid, steel & electricity producing industry to ore processing and environmental protection. Typical application examples are the linings of storage & agitator tanks, crystallization & condensation reactors, indigging as well as absorbers and process tanks.
ACOLINE® 40 D
ACOLINE® 40 D is a vulcanized, soot-filled two-layer sheet for on-site linings.
The top layer is based on a bromobutyl quality (BIIR). To improve the bonding, an approx. 0.7 mm thick adhesive layer on CR-based dubbed. ACOLINE® 40 D can be directly loaded without further vulcanization measures. ACOLINE® 40 D is used for the construction site rubber lining of chemical-contaminated steel and concrete components. The areas of application range from the chemical, chlorine, fertilizer, steel & electricity-producing industry, deionate basins in nuclear plants to ore processing and environmental protection. Typical application examples are the linings of storage & agitator tanks, crystallization & condensation reactors, indigging, pipelines and process tanks.
ACOLINE® 40 V
ACOLINE® 40 V is a vulcanized, soot-filled soft rubber coating for on-site linings.

ACOLINE® 50
ACOLINE® 50 is a self-vulcanizing lining quality based on brombutyl rubber/polychloroprene (BIIR/CR).
ACOLINE® 50 is used for the construction site rubber lining of chemically contaminated steel components. The areas of application range from the chemical, steel & electricity producing industry to the ore processing. Typical application examples are the linings of storage & process tanks.
ACOLINE® 50 V
ACOLINE® 50 V is a pre-vulcanized lining quality based on bromobutyl rubber/polychloroprene (BIIR/CR).
It can be directly loaded without further vulcanization measures. ACOLINE® 50 V is used for the construction site rubberization of chemically contaminated steel components. The areas of application range from the chemical, steel & power-producing industry to ore processing. Typical application examples are the linings of storage & process tanks.
ACOLINE® 70 D
ACOLINE® 70 D is a pre-vulcanized two-layer sheet based on chlorobutyl rubber and PVC (CIIR / PVC).
To improve the bonding, an approx. 0.7 mm thick adhesive layer on CR-based dubbed. ACOLINE® 70 D has outstanding resistance to concentrated hydrochloric acid. ACOLINE® 70 D is mainly used for the construction site rubberization of storage containers made of steel or concrete for concentrated hydrochloric acid up to 60 °C and can be directly loaded without further vulcanization measures. Other application examples are the linings of sting basins and galvanic tubs.
ACOLINE® 31
ACOLINE® 31 is a graphite-filled hard rubber coating based on NR/SBR for hot water vulcanization.
Depending on the requirements, the layer thickness can be between 1.5 mm and 10 mm.
ACOLINE® 31 is mainly used for the on-site rubberization of chemically loaded steel components. Areas of application are within chemical plants, the chlorine and steel industry as well as processing and electroplating plants.
Coatings
ACOLINE® VEL
ACOLINE® VEL is an approximately 3 mm thick, glass fiber-reinforced, crack-bridging laminate coating based on a Novolac vinyl ester resin.
ACOLINE® VEL is used for sealing collection trays, collection rooms and surfaces made of reinforced concrete, which are intended for the storage, filling and handling of water-polluting liquids. ACOLINE® VEL is also suitable as a floor coating for direct driveability by vehicles with pneumatic tires, with solid rubber wheels, with Vulkollan wheels or with polyamide wheels.
In addition, ACOLINE® VEL is suitable for coating steel tanks with permanent exposure to aggressive media such as concentrated acids, alkalis and solvents. The ability of the coating system to dissipate electrostatic charges also allows the storage of flammable liquids.
ACOLINE® FU
ACOLINE® FU is a black, approx. 3 mm thick glass mat reinforced lining system based on a furan resin, which can be used on both steel and concrete surfaces.
The laminate has excellent chemical resistance to organic acids and alkaline media and is suitable for mechanically stressed areas.
The temperature application limit is 90 °C (dry).
ACOLINE® CN
ACOLINE® CN is a black, approx. 3 mm thick glass mat reinforced lining system based on a phenolic resin.
ACOLINE® CN is used on both steel and concrete surfaces and has excellent chemical resistance to organic acids and solvents. In addition, the laminate coating is also suitable for mechanically stressed areas.
The temperature application limit is 90 °C.
ACOLINE® ET
ACOLINE® ET is a synthetic resin spatula based on epoxy resin and acts as a modular system.
Depending on the purpose of use, a thin-film putty, a flowing putty (with and without fabric insert), a putty coating, a conductive putty coating, a polycrete as well as a laying and jointing putty of plates, stones can be produced by using different filler additives. The coating system is suitable for protecting concrete floor and wall surfaces that are exposed to relatively high chemical, thermal and heavy mechanical stress.
The temperature application limit is 90 °C.
ACOLINE® ET-HTL
ACOLINE® ET-HTL is a white-yellow, about 3 mm thick glass mat reinforced lining system based on an epoxy resin, which can be used on both steel and concrete surfaces.
The coating is suitable for mechanically stressed areas. The chemical resistance of ACOLINE® ET-HT is generally comparable to ACOLINE® ET, but has better resistance to organic acids and solvents.
The temperature application limit is 160 °C (dry).
Acid proof brick lining / morats
ACOLIT® FU
ACOLIT® FU is a black, two-component, cold-curing synthetic resin putty based on furan resin with mineral fillers.
ACOLIT® FU is suitable for laying and grouting plates, stones and molded parts made of ceramic or carbon for the production of chemically, thermally and mechanically resistant coverings and linings. Main applications are plate coverings and walls in apparatus of the chemical industry, in wastewater and process water treatment, in canals, pits and collection basins, in power plants, warehouses and workshops, neutralization and cling plants.
The temperature application limit is 180 °C.
ACOLIT® CN
ACOLIT® CN is a black, two-component, cold-curing synthetic resin putty made of modified phenol resol and a carbon-based filler.
ACOLIT® CN is suitable as a laying and jointing putty of ceramic or carbon plates, stones and molded parts for the protection of floor and wall surfaces that are exposed to high chemical and thermal as well as strong mechanical loads.
The temperature application limit is 195 °C.
ACOLIT® CN-S
ACOLIT® CN-S is a black, two-component, cold-curing synthetic resin putty made of modified phenol resol with low pollutant content and a carbon-based filler.
ACOLIT® CN is suitable as a laying and jointing putty for slabs, stones and molded parts made of ceramic or carbon for the protection of floor and wall surfaces. The synthetic resin putty is characterized by excellent chemical resistance, especially to acids (e.g. sulfuric acid 98%) and solvents as well as to weakly oxidizing chemicals.
The temperature application limit is 195 °C.
ACOLIT® HB
ACOLIT® HB is a halogen-free, two-component potash water glass putty.
ACOLIT® HB is used for laying and grouting acid-resistant slabs, stones and container linings as well as in chimney construction. ACOLIT® HB has a good water and flushing resistance, which allows overwashing in the acidic area for several weeks, but does not allow continuous stress. If a high rinsing or abrasion resistance is required, the grouting must be carried out with resin-bonded ACOLIT® kittens. With the exception of hydrofluoric acid, ACOLIT® HB is resistant to all acids, oxidizing substances, oils and fats, but not to alkalis.
The temperature application limit is 900 °C.
ACOLIT® ET
ACOLIT® ET is a three-component synthetic resin putty based on epoxy resin.
It is suitable for laying and grouting slabs, ceramic stones for the production of chemically, thermally and mechanically resistant coverings and linings. Due to its nature and the good compatibility with concrete, a special sealing layer can often be dispensed with.
The temperature application limit is 90 °C.
ACOLIT® VE
ACOLIT® VE is a quartz-filled, three-component synthetic resin putty based on a Novolac vinyl ester resin with excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkali, solvents and, above all, oxidizing substances (peter acid, chlorine bleach).
It is suitable as laying and jointing putty in combination with acid-proof, ceramic materials or carbon materials.
The temperature application limit is 120 °C.
ACOLIT® VEC
ACOLIT® VEC is a graphite-filled, three-component synthetic resin putty based on a Novolac vinyl ester resin with a special chemical resistance to acids, solvents and oxidizing media.
Also noteworthy is the high temperature resistance and the high mechanical resilience. It is suitable as laying and jointing putty in combination with acid-proof, ceramic materials or carbon materials. ACOLIT® VEC is used in apparatus in the chemical industry, in wastewater and process water treatment, in the pulp industry and in cling plants.
The temperature application limit is 120 °C.
